Getting Started with Gaggle as a Gaggle Administrator

Learn the essentials of your role as a Gaggle Administrator as you navigate the Portal, manage users, set up Emergency Contacts, and prepare to make a meaningful impact.

Description: Join us for a 60-minute webinar designed specifically for administrators who are new to Gaggle and taking on management responsibilities within Gaggle. Learn how to use the Gaggle portal to efficiently monitor and analyze student safety incidents, manage Emergency Contacts, and utilize reporting tools for proactive student protection. Getting Started with Gaggle as an Emergency Contact

As a new Gaggle Emergency Contact, learn the essentials and gain the confidence to navigate the Portal, review alerts, and resolve student safety incidents effectively.

Description: New to your role as a Gaggle Emergency Contact? Join us for a 60-minute webinar focused on empowering new Emergency Contacts to effectively manage student safety concerns within the Gaggle portal. Learn how to navigate the incidents tab, understand different incident types, and take appropriate actions to resolve them. This hands-on session will guide you through accessing incident details, viewing student content when necessary, and resolving incidents within the portal. You'll leave with the confidence to leverage the Gaggle portal to proactively manage student safety incidents and ensure the well-being of your students.

Best suited for: This session is intended for new Emergency Contacts at the district or school level, including principals, counselors, social workers, SROs, and other site leaders involved in student safety and well-being.

Description: Join us for an in-depth session designed for users assigned to the Manager Role in Gaggle to learn more about your new access and permissions within the Gaggle Portal! This 60-minute webinar is designed to help those newly assigned to the Manager Role in Gaggle get up to speed quickly and confidently. Learn how to manage Emergency Contacts, handle incident workflows, and leverage data from your dashboards and reports to keep your school informed and safe.

Description: Keeping Emergency Contacts up to date isn’t just a housekeeping task—it’s a critical safety measure. As planning for the next school year begins, this 60-minute session will give you practical tips, tools, and tricks to ensure your Emergency Contact list is accurate, timely, and configured for your district’s needs—whether it’s the first day of school, the beginning of the next semester, an upcoming holiday break, or anything in between.

We’ll walk you through best practices for managing contacts in the Gaggle portal, including how to quickly make bulk updates, assign appropriate roles, configure alert schedules, and pause notifications when needed. You’ll leave this session with clarity and confidence that the right people are informed and ready to respond at the right time.
